HTS coach, Irene, has had many years experience coaching individuals and companies. At all stages you are in charge and are guided through a process of resolving your situation. In the first meeting you outline your situation, discuss the options available to you, select the appropriate courses of action and then consider which skills and/or attitude may be required for pursuing these options, and which new ones you may require.
