Easier Than You Think

Every year, thousands of people successfully use hypnosis and hypnotherapy to end the habit of a lifetime and quit smoking.

There is no reason why you cannot do the same if you genuinely desire to break the habit.

There are several aids and alternative therapies available for stopping smoking that have varying rates of success. Hypnotherapy is not a complementary or alternative form of medecine, but an integrative practice that can be incorporated within standard medical disciplines (BMA 1955), and has proven to be a highly effective tool for smoking cessation.

Hypnotherapy has certain inherent advantages over other methods, in that you are unlikely to experience withdrawal symptoms, substitute other negative habits such as over-eating and nail-biting, or feel disgruntled about quitting (e.g. having to give up an 'old friend').
